The American company Rockstar Games has finally officially announced the long-awaited collection of remasters of GTA: San Andreas, GTA: Vice City and GTA 3 called Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition.
After numerous rumors and leaks, Rockstar Games still announced Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition. PDA and expected, it will be a collection of classic action games of the series: GTA: San Andreas, GTA: Vice City and GTA 3. All three parts of the franchise will receive new, more modern graphics, as well as a number of improvements to the gameplay and interface. At the same time, the developers try to preserve all the key features of the gameplay and visual style as accurately as possible, so that the collection of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition feels exactly like the classic games in its time.
So far, Rockstar Games has not shown gameplay trailers for a collection of remasters of GTA: San Andreas, GTA: Vice City and GTA 3, Gamebomb.ru reports. All details about the new graphics and other improvements will be revealed at a later date. At the same time, the developers have warned that the original versions of the three games will be removed from stores on all platforms. The classics will only be playable as part of the enhanced trilogy Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition.
A collection of remasters of GTA: San Andreas, GTA: Vice City and GTA 3 will be released at the end of 2023 on all modern platforms: Xbox One, PS4, Xbox Series X | S, PS5, Switch and PC. It’s worth noting that Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition on PC will only be released in the Rockstar Games Launcher. In addition, the collection will be released on smartphones and tablets running iOS and Android operating systems. The release of the mobile version will take place in 2023.
