Today CD Projekt published its financial results for the third quarter of 2023 and provided more information about its business and development plans.

The company said that while sales were up 38% year-on-year, profits were down 30% due to expenses not accounted for last year, including upkeep. Cyberpunk 2077 and higher development costs for new and unannounced games in the early stages of development.

The company also confirmed that the next generation versions of Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt still slated for first and second quarters of 2023 years respectively.

Last but not least, the team working on the “main” expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 has grown in size.
