New teaser that seems to be related to BioShock 4may have revealed the setting for the next game in this shooter series. 2K Games announced back in 2019 that she was working on a new BioShock game from the studio Cloud chamberbut has not provided any further details about the project since then. Fans think they’ve discovered a new website that gives us a better idea of what to expect from the game.
Fans found a site called theresalwaysalighthouse.com, which is a reference to dialogue from BioShock Infinite. The site itself contains very few annotations other than the starry sky, which prominently features one large star in the middle of the image. A message with the inscription “keep for updates“Can also be found on the page, which clearly indicates that this is a kind of teaser site that will be updated in due course.
Based on this, a number of fans have come to the conclusion that the image of the starry sky may tease that BioShock 4 will take place in space. Previous games in the series took place in locations below the sea and above the clouds. For BioShock 4, action in space would be a pretty big twist, and would also make the franchise more similar to its roots in System Shock, the franchise former director Ken Levine worked on before BioShock.
