What are the best games of the year, according to The Game Awards 2023

The Game Awards 2023 were presented this morning, and the big winner is It Takes Two, made by Hazelight studio with the support of Electronic Arts. In addition to the 2023 Game of the Year award, It Takes Two also won the Best Family Game and Best Multiplayer Game categories. Deathloop won Best Game Direction and Best Art Direction awards, while Forza Horizon 5 won Best Audio Design, Innovation in Accessibility and Best Sports / Racing Game.

The nominations for The Game Awards 2023 were made by journalists from over 100 profile publications around the world, and their representatives decided, in proportion of 90%, the winners of each category listed below. However, the fans also had a say, their votes having a share of 10% in the final results.
