Cyberpunk 2077 will soon celebrate its first birthday. It is widely believed that the game was a flop, but it seems that new players on Steam don’t think so. As noted by the Polish portal Gry-Online, over the past month the game received 9,700 reviews, of which 81% were positive. And the game has received the largest number of reviews (almost 5000) in the last two days since the sale began.
The overall rating of the game increased from 71% to 76%. It’s not clear what is behind such a huge surge in popularity, but it looks like the dark days of Cyberpunk 2077 are coming to an end and it may well become “Game of the Year” according to Steam users.
