God of War arrives on PC on January 14 via Steam and Epic Games Store. The PC variant will come with major improvements and will integrate most of the latest technologies from the day of launch. It will support NVIDIA DLSS, Reflex, AMD FSR, Ground Truth Ambient Occlusion (GTAO) and Screen Space Directional Occlusion (SSDO), so graphics fidelity and performance will be much better than on consoles.

  • RAM memory: 8 GB
  • Video card: NVIDIA GTX 1070 or AMD RX 5600 XT with 6/8 GB VRAM
  • Storage: 70 GB

Recommended requirements for 1440p, high detail and 60 fps:

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-7700K and AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
  • RAM memory: 16 GB
  • Video card: NVIDIA RTX 2070 or AMD RX 5700 XT with 8 GB VRAM
  • Storage: 70 GB

Recommended requirements for 4K, ultra detail and 60 fps:

  • Processor: Intel Core i9-9900K or AMD Ryzen 9 3950X
  • RAM memory: 16 GB
  • Video card: NVIDIA RTX 3080 or AMD RX 6800 XT with 10-16 GB
  • Storage: 70 GB

Although it shouldn’t have a significant impact on performance, the developer recommends installing the game on an SSD for the fastest transitions possible.
