Ubisoft previously announced its intention to continue supporting the action-RPG Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for the second year in a row, which is the first time in the history of the series. At present, little is known about what the future holds, but possible speculations are already popping up on the web.
Authoritative insider Tom Henderson said that AC Valhalla fans should expect a new addition in December, which the developers seem to be announcing at the upcoming The Game Awards 2023. And next year, in March, the game will receive another DLC, which will be very large and will bring about 40 hours of additional gameplay into the game. Also, the future massive expansion will have a “God of War” feel, and Henderson doesn’t know what that means yet.
Of course, all this should be treated with skepticism, because the official statement from the developers has not yet been received. It is only known that AC Valhalla will receive update 1.4.1 by the end of this year, according to the previously presented roadmap. Therefore, we can only wait for TGA 2023 and hope that Henderson’s words will be confirmed.
There’s a new Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC coming this December (announcement at TGA?).
There’s also a massive DLC expansion coming in March 2023. It’s expected to be around 40 hours of additional gameplay and will be a “God of War-style” expansion, whatever that means.
