Edition special his it’s coming with the selfie sensor hidden under the screen.
Motorola is making a strong comeback in the mobile phone league. The Edge X30 is Qualcomm’s first official phone with the most powerful SoC, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (formerly known as the Snapdragon 898). Next to it, the screen used is a 6.7-inch OLED with a refresh rate of 144Hz and FullHD + resolution compatible with HDR10 +. The battery will have a capacity of 5000mAh and will benefit from fast charging at 68W.
The selfie camera has 60MP and is identical to both the normal X30 version and the Special Edition which has it hidden under the screen. The main camera uses a 50MP mniVision OV50A sensor, and the ultrawide camera uses a 50MP ISOCELL S5KGM1 sensor.
It will launch with Android 12, and the vanilla version equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB for storage will cost $ 501. The version with 8GB RAM / 256GB storage will be $ 532 while the top version with 12GB RAM / 256GB storage will be $ 564. Motorola X30 Special Edition with selfie camera under the screen will cost $ 627. It remains to be seen what prices will reach Europe, but it may already be one of the cheapest phones with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
